Do you train at a commercial gym, at home, or outdoors? No matter where you do your exercise, online coaching will work for you. Online coaching is suitable for beginners just starting their fitness journey who need some direction and guidance, or for anyone more experienced looking to level up to make further progress towards their goals.
I create personalised training programs and nutrition plans tailored to your needs, preferences, and goals. They will be made to suit your lifestyle and schedule so that you will be able to stay consistent. Generally, each training block is around 12 weeks and will consist of 2-3 training phases that go for 4-6 weeks. At the end of a training block you will see significant progress. Before creating your new sustainable routine, we will have a consultation to go through a detailed health and fitness assessment which includes setting some achievable goals.
You will have your programs set up on a fitness app with video demonstrations and progress tracking tools, so if you work away or travel, you will still be able to keep your routine going. Don't have access to the same equipment and food while you're away? I will customise your training program and/or nutrition plan for you whenever needed.
I will be keeping you accountable with check-ins, communication, support, guidance, and motivation to ensure you make steady progress towards your goals. I will show you how to become a healthier version of yourself while enjoying the journey along the way. It's time to achieve real results that you can maintain in the long-term!

If you need some additional help, you can book a time in for either a video or audio call, depending on what you need/prefer. If you have a friend, partner, or someone in the family that you can regularly workout with, 2 on 1 coaching could be perfect for you! It doesn't matter if you don't share the same goals, or if you aren't at the same fitness level, 2 on 1 coaching will cater to each individual's needs.

Casual personal training is suitable for people who need to learn new exercises and techniques, but don't need the extra accountability and support outside sessions. Casual sessions may suit people who are interested in doing all of their training within our private sessions, without needing a training program to follow on other days. For anyone interested in face to face training without wanting any help with nutrition, this option would work well.
