Over the last several years, I started to take my own training and nutrition more seriously as I developed more knowledge in those areas. Resistance training, cardio, sports, and conscious eating became regular habits in my daily life. I have been living a vegan lifestyle since 2020. I switched to a 100% plant-based diet after learning about what really goes on in the animal agriculture industry. I discovered that I could still easily reach my protein requirements through a variety of plant sources to help me continue to make further progress towards my fitness goals. I started to have so much more variety, and I was enjoying my diet more than ever before. These changes also brought me many health benefits, including improved energy levels, recovery, and digestion.Â
