Not at all! I work with everyone from absolute beginners to experienced lifters. Each program is custom-built to match your current starting point and progress at a sustainable pace.
My online coaching services include personalised training programs and / or nutrition plans delivered through a mobile app. I'll check-in with you weekly and provide ongoing support to keep you on track towards your goals regardless of where you are.
Yes, absolutely! For any ongoing coaching, whether you are training in-person or online, you'll receive a structured program with the recommended number of workouts to complete each week, including specific exercises, sets, reps, and rest targets designed to reach your individual goals.
Yes, I provide personalised nutrition plans that complement your training routine and fitness goals. My focus is on well-balanced and sustainable plant-based nutrition that fuels your performance without restrictive dieting.
I provide information on calories, macronutrient targets (protein, fats, carbs), and recommendations for fibre, water, and supplement intake.
The first session is typically a movement assessment. We will go through some basic movements to establish your baseline and give me an idea of what exercises to include in your training program.
Before the completion of the 5-week program, we will discuss your options so you can make a decision about the next step. You can choose to transition to one of my online coaching options to continue making further progress towards your goals at a more affordable ongoing rate, or you could apply for the following intake and advance to the next training program to take on any new challenges.
You can choose to purchase 1, 5, or 10 sessions. There is no ongoing commitment or requirement to use multiple sessions each week, and you will have 6 months to use any pre-paid sessions before they expire. Sessions are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.
While everyone is different, most clients will start feeling more energetic, stronger, and may even start seeing physical changes within the first month. In just 3 months or 12 weeks of consistent training / nutrition, you will see significant progress.
24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule any in-person sessions and coaching calls. For emergency situations or unforeseeable circumstances, the session may be rescheduled.
To cancel any ongoing coaching service, you can send an email to jason@progressivegainsfitness.com.au before commencing a new program / nutrition plan, or a new month of coaching.
