Hi, I'm Jason!
I'm a qualified personal trainer and nutrition coach, and I help people transform their bodies and lives with sustainable training and nutrition. I’ve been vegan since 2020, and I’m passionate about showing others how to thrive on a plant-based diet. After overcoming my own struggles with weight and self-esteem, I knew I wanted to help people achieve real, lasting results. It doesn't matter if you're vegan, transitioning, or just curious about plant-based living, I’m here to guide you with accountability, compassion, and a plan that actually works!

Online Coaching
Custom training programs and/or nutrition plans delivered through a fitness app. Includes weekly check-ins, progress tracking, accountability, and ongoing support.
In-Person Coaching
1-on-1 or 2-on-1 sessions at my fully equipped private gym. Personalised programs/nutrition plans, plus hands-on guidance to keep you progressing towards your goals.
Casual Personal Training
Flexible training when you need it. Enjoy private 1-on-1 sessions, or bring a friend, partner, or family member, and you can both have fun getting fit and strong together!
